To complete your EIDOLON Partner Registration, you hereby certify that you are professionally engaged in the business of golf equipment sales and/or assembly, and are a golf professional, golf retailer, golf club fitter/builder or in another capacity engaged in the commerce of golf equipment.

With your acceptance of this Partner Agreement, Eidolon Golf, LLC may elect to authorize you to become an Eidolon “Partner”, which authorization would thereby grant access to the secure “Partners” areas of the company website with your designated user email and password. As an Authorized Partner, you will be entitled to all benefits, product pricing and programs offered by Eidolon Golf to its Authorized Partners, which benefits and programs my change from time to time at the sole discretion of Eidolon Golf, LLC.

By registering for consideration to become an Eidolon Partner, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You will offer Eidolon branded products for sale only in your retail facility and through your personal contacts with customers and prospects. You may offer other brands of competing products.
2. You will not advertise a price for any Eidolon product which is below the Suggested Retail Price as listed on the official Eidolon website.
3. You may not offer Eidolon products for sale via the internet, except through a proprietary website exclusive to your business, and only then with express written consent from Eidolon Golf, LLC.
4. You may not directly offer Eidolon products for sale via ebay or any other internet auction, exchange, chat room, discussion board or the like.
5. You may not reproduce any copyrighted material from the Eidolon Golf website without express written authorization from Eidolon Golf, LLC.
6. If you are assembling golf clubs using Eidolon components, you agree to follow any assembly standards as might be communicated to you from time to time by Eidolon Golf, LLC. You are expressly authorized to build clubs with Eidolon components using shafts and grips that differ from Eidolon specified components.

This Agreement may be terminated or modified at any time by Eidolon Golf, LLC, with or without cause.

Acceptance of this Agreement is required to complete your Eidolon Partner Registration for consideration by Eidolon Golf, LLC.
